Our build time is 8-10 weeks, but there are other factors, such as site setup, geotech soil testing and services to be connected. We like to think from signing of contract to building being on site, 10-16 weeks.

Yes our buildings are made to be easily transportable, which has made transporting cost effective. Our building sizes and design of our floor makes transporting efficient.
Once the building is delivered on site services are connected. (power, plumbing, waste/stormwater). Extras are completed such as decks, landscaping etc. It is a very simple process and is completed in only a few days.
