Frequently Asked Questions

What is the average build time?

10 - 16 Weeks

Our build time is 8-10 weeks, but there are other factors, such as site setup, geotech soil testing and services to be connected. We like to think that from signing the contract to the building being on-site, it will take 10-16 weeks.

Yes You Can

Of course. We have a base plan for changing the specs, such as interior/exterior linings, colour, floor coverings, light fittings, etc. We can either have a mono-pitch or a gable roof.

Yes It Is

Yes, our buildings are made to be easily transportable, which has made transporting cost-effective. Our building sizes and floor designs make transporting efficient.

Once the building is delivered on-site, services are connected (power, plumbing, waste/stormwater). Extras such as decks, landscaping, etc., are completed. This straightforward process can be completed in only a few days.

Other Factors to Consider

Extra costs to factor in on top of the build include

  • Transport
  • Footings/piles for steel foundations to sit on: Each site is different, and a geotech report will confirm what needs to be done.
  • Services (power, plumbing, stormwater).
  • Driveway/site prep.
  • Decking and stairs
  • Landscaping if required
